Singing Bowls are believed to calm and repair the mind as well as reduce stress and anxiety, lower blood pressure, improve breathing and circulation, alleviate aches and pains, strengthen the immune system, and improve mood.

Sound Bath draws you in to meditation. Meditation affects the body in exactly the opposite ways that stress does—by triggering the body's relaxation response. It restores the body to a calm state, helping the body repair itself and preventing new damage from the physical effects of stress. It can calm your mind and body by quieting the stress-induced thoughts that keep your body's stress response triggered.

What to Expect During The Sound Healing Session?

1.) Lay comfortably on floor (please bring yoga mat, blankets, pillow)

2.) Slow down your breathing

3.)Rest as the frequencies and tones permeate your energy field.
